Belleek Pottery Cup Tea & Saucer

From a retired Private Collection, this Belleek tea cup and saucer is from an original set.  There is a .75" inset for the Tea Cup to rest on the saucer.  In the basketweave pattern, the saucer is 6" round.  The Original shaped Tea cup is 3" round.  The saucer has sprigs of four hand painted shamrocks on the edge of the plate in 3 areas while the tea cup has 5 sprigs of shamrocks.  This set is still handmade in Ireland, yet this set has a 1980 production logo.. There is no original box but these pieces will be packaged in a box for safe shipping. This is a great find for the Belleek Collector.
